Account deletion

You can delete your LinguBiz account and its data yourself, at any time, from inside the product.
In the mobile app
Open the app, go to Profile, and choose Delete account. Confirm the deletion when asked.
On the web
Sign in, open Settings, and choose Delete account. Confirm the deletion when asked.
What gets deleted
Your profile and account details, your learning progress and answers, your journal entries, and your registered device tokens are permanently removed. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Need help?
If you can't sign in or the deletion fails, email hello@lingubiz.com from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.
